My sincerest apologies..
I realize I haven’t been keeping up my tumblr at all, and I totally suck. BUT I plan on picking back up very soon. I have recently gotten lotssss of new products and plan on posting about all of them. Stay tuned!

1) Drug Stores. As much as I would love to spend every cent on MAC, Chanel and Lancome makeup, it is just not realistic. To be completely honest, there are tons of drugstore products that work equally as well as the high end products. Are they harder to find? Absolutely. But I would be lying if I said I didn’t buy most of my makeup from drug stores.
2) Sephora. There is a Sephora in the mall I go to, and it is my go-to place to get all my makeup. It is easier for me to try out and purchase products there, rather then ordering it online and running the risk of it being damaged when I get it. Sephora stores are always full of workers that are happy to help you try out new products, and even give free samples of anything you want. I would say I buy majority of my makeup collection here.
3) MAC. I know MAC is a love/hate company for most people. But the general quality of their products make them worth the astronomical prices. I own everything from lip products, eye products, cleaning products, to brushes (even makeup bags) from MAC, and have yet to find something I haven’t loved.
4) Beauty Supply Stores. (Harmon, Sally’s) They carry most of what the drugstores carry, but normally at a discounted price. They often carry the, what I like to call, “in between” make up brands, that aren’t always found in drug stores, but aren’t high end brands. (For example, NYX) I like buying not only makeup, but hair and skin products from these stores because often they have rewards clubs that send you coupons.
5) dare I say it…. Dollar Stores. Yes, this probably sounds insane. I have come to find that certain stores carry brands like Maybelline, and L.A. Colors. Sure, these are about the lowest end of makeup you can find, but are always dirt cheap. Say you want to try out that look with the really dark plum lipstick you saw in Seventeen..go to the dollar store and find what you’re looking for. Some of the products, especially some of the L.A. Colors brand makeup will pleasantly surprise you. If you are someone who wants to experiment with makeup but not spend tons of money, see what you can dig up at your local dollar store!
now that I have my super awesome 4 followers (not sarcastic), HOW DO I GET MY PAGE TO LOOK COOL LIKE EVERYONE ELSE?!?!
Sincerely,
a confused Tumblr noob named Emily.
